Bites Journal & Exercise Log

Day 1 2/10/15
lunch: tuna pasta salad x 3 bites; peanut butter x 1 tbsp; bounty bar x 1 bite
dinner: exactly the same as lunch!
No vigorous exercise, just some gentle walking for first 3 days

Day 2 2/11/15
lunch: 3 bites sausage roll; peanut butter x 1 tbsp; bounty bar x 1 bite
dinner: exactly the same as lunch.

Day 3 2/12/15
lunch: chicken curry pie x 3 bites; 1 bite peanut butter; 1 bite bounty bar
dinner: 3 bites veggie spring roll; 1 bite peanut butter; 1 bite bounty bar

I also drank black coffee in the morning, and green tea with my meals. Very Happy

Day #4 2/13/15

Today I did a more grueling workout with 3x tabata rounds felt a tad more conscious of when meal time would be and felt myself 'clock watching' a bit.

Breakfast was black coffee and multi vitamin
Lunch was 4 bites potato salad and 1 bite snickers.
Dinner was croissant heated up with marmalade, nutella and two types of cheese. Ate 5 bites and chucked the rest out.
Drank white tea with lunch and dinner

Day #5 2/14/15

breakfast: cup black coffee, multi vit
very long walk - 2 hours - maybe around 10 k give or take (too long, actually!)
lunch: 4 bites potato salad, 1 bite snickers
dinner: 4 bites pizza (less than a slice), 1 bite bounty

feel a bit floppy today, going to dial back on the exercise, it has felt a bit draining!

Day #6

Dinner 2 bites pizza, 1 spoon peanut butter, 1 spoon nutella, 2 after eight mints (1 bite)
Only had the energy for a gentle stroll.
Think my bites are getting bigger so tomorrow I will try just snickers

Dinner 5 bites snickers, 1/2 TBS Cayenne pepper
10k ish walk jog in the morning ratio of 2:1 walking to jogging

Day #8 lost 7.8 lb in week 1
Breakfast black coffee multi vitamin
Lunch 5 bites of snickers 1/2 TBS Cayenne pepper, green tea
Dinner exactly the same as lunch!!
Had quite a gentle floor body weight ladder work out

Thank you mindful86, I was astonished! I would have been pleased with 4 lb off, but I do get it that some of that loss is food and water weight so I won't see those kind of numbers for week 2!!

Day #9
Breakfast black coffee, multi vitamin
Slow walk/jog 10k ish 2:1 ratio
Lunch: 4 bites bounty, 1 bite snickers
Dinner: 4 bites bounty, 1 bite snickers
Green tea to drink throughout the day

Bites are a little big, so tomorrow will begin the process of resetting the hunger stat to 5 SMALL bites by making a smaller UK snickers last 5 bites instead of 4

Hi Signa I will take it easy now for a day or two because I am only having one UK snickers, which are smaller, instead of 1+1/4. Just had lunch and feel satisfied though!! I do like to keep myself moving because I get stiff if I don't!!

Thank you, today is day #11 and I was hungrier from dropping down to just a UK size snickers, they are only 245 Cal's each, but I figure I will get it over with quicker this way !!

Yes, I go in and out of hunger pangs too. I keep reminding myself of what Dr. Lewis? said about hunger, that if we're hungry, we're burning our body fat. I keep his book with me and have some of the more inspiring pages photocopied so I can look at them if I need to.  What we are doing isn't easy! You've been an inspiration to me, nice work! I love you

Day #11 phew, hungry today, but this is 2/3 for resetting hunger stat to 5 small bites. Should get easier after tomorrow.
Breakfast black coffee, multi vitamin
Lunch snickers
Dinner snickers
With green and white tea throughout the day. No exercise because of hunger stat re do. Plan to start again after third day, but feel hungry so don't want to aggravate that.

Day #12 slightly less hungry
Breakfast black coffee and multi vitamin
Lunch snickers, 1 TSP Cayenne pepper
Dinner snickers, 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
With green tea throughout the day
No exercise
But should by tomorrow have reset hunger stat to 5 small bites so hope to celebrate with exercise again!!!

Day #13 hunger stat reset (again) so I had a 10k walk/jog
Breakfast black coffee and multi vitamin
Lunch snickers, 1tsp Cayenne pepper
Dinner snickers 1tsp Cayenne pepper
Also had green tea throughout the day.

Nearly choked on the pepper, wonder if it's worth it...
Was nice to get some exercise in there

I lost 1.6 this past week for a total of 9.4 over 2 weeks. I mustn't be disappointed because I hoped to lose 7 in 2 weeks!! It just all came off at once... Gotta keep going a bit longer:-)

Dinner 5 bites jacket potato, beef and vegetables
Drank green tea and water throughout the day

Wow you're like a lean machine with the workouts. Nice work! Plus if you're drinking more water after hard workouts, then that would probably also slow down losses. No worries, though. You're in great shape! Very inspiring. I love you I love you

Thank you, Sigma, I enjoy a good work out because I sit down all day and get stiff if I don't do it. I drink green tea rather than water probably should start to drink more.
