Going to succeed this time

Hello.

This is my 3rd day on this diet.

I started at 131.6 Tuesday and today I am at 126.6. I know it almost all of it is water but I don't care, it still is motivating to see.

Tuesday meals:

Lunch - snickers (this is 10 bites for me)
Dinner - 10 bites Mexican lasagna (I am doing 10 small bites...since I cant eat a snickers in 5 bites and this is what I use as my gauge of the volume I should have)

Wednesday:

Lunch - snickers
Dinner - 10 small bites Jimmy Dean smoked turkey sandwich (turned out to be half the sandwich)

Weight this morning - 125.4 Smile

Thursday (yesterday, 1-22) I had:

Lunch (early) - 1 zero bar
Dinner - Other half of Jimmy Dean turkey sandwich
Dinner #2 - 10 small bites baked ziti

I struggled with hunger yesterday. Even though I had an extra meal, I kept it small and did not let it discourage me or make me feel I blew it. I think I might do like ThinMom on some days and have three meals. She is doing great and I think it might help me stick to it.
