I think you need a challenge. Pick a prize ( not food) and am for it. You can do it! Go check out my journal and you will see a recipe for muffins that are so filling you will not feel hungry for hours! Might help you.

Thanks ElleBella, yes I need so reward. Now if I could only behave myself long enough to earn it.

I did verygood yesterday - not so much today. I will aim for a good day tomorrow. There should be no temptations around there is a good chance I make it.

You did great.. one step at a time..or one bite at a time. I have a suggestion for you if you just can not stick to the 5 bites, maybe you can try what I did. I just ate 600 calories. So lots of veggies and fruit with a good dinner. I lost the same amount of weight and my stomach shrunk but I still snacked so that did not change anything. If you can eat lunch and dinner for 600 that would work too. Just a thought for you if you can not control your bites.

You can also add an extra bite or two to every meal. You will still lose weight. Or take huge bites. That is what I did in the beginning. There are people who even allow themselves unlimited raw veggies between lunch and dinner and still lose weight.

I take big bites.lol still works and I'm eating stuff I normally tell myself I can't have. You have to find what you can live with. After my 3rd day I quit obsessing about it. Over all I'm still eating way less than I would be normally. I love you

Thank you ladies, I guess I will go for like 10 bites twice a day and see if I can do that. Also I have to read the book maybe then my determination gets better. I can hardly believe it that I actually got this 5 biting half way done for a while. It was like a couple of days then fall off then start over and so it went. I let you know how it goes,

It's almost 8pm. I had lunch at 7pm. 9 bites of pork chop. If I can make it till about 10:30 for my second set of bites then I got this day. Feeling confident right now. I am drinking lots of water and got about a third of the book read.

I made it through the evening with another 10 bites. It's 9am here. So far so good. We have freezing cold here and bad wind. No way I am going anywhere if I don't have to. Dinner is many hours away - I will keep busy.

Today went pretty good. I had my lunch at 8pm 10 bites of chicken with mayo. Dinner will be in 20 minutes 10 bites of chicken with onion. Tomorrow I will try for twice 9 bites. I will get this weight gone.

It's shortly after 8pm. I just had lunch. 9 bites. The day itself was pretty hard with being hungry but I drank lots of water and coffee. Now I should be ok till about 11:30 at which time I eat dinner and then go to bed within the hour.
I think I get this day.

So my dinner yesterday turned into 14 bites of home made chicken noodle soup. I have decided not to feel bad about it since it was mostly soup and low calorie.

So far today I have not eaten anything, it's after 6pm. I will try to hold out till about 8 again.
