one week on diet

I havent had a hard time with eating my 5 bites..but im having a hard time losing the weight like i see others dropping it.. I've only lost 4 lbs. i've been at same weight since sunday. I even didnt eat yesterday hoping i would lose a lb..my first day i lost 2 lbs and i was excited and than from there i either lost a lb or my weight stayed the same. Any advice to speed up the weight loss? As long as im not gaining I'm happy! Do the multivitamins really matter because im not taking them.

Drink lots of water I drink alot keep with the 5 bites the weight will start coming off just don't give up the same thing happened to me I started losing inchs then the weight  Very Happy

Water is our best friend off course drinking a lot of water is amazing for lose weight in a good and healthy way.......
