5db daily journal

Today was my first day on the diet.
Breakfast: 5 bites of greek salad wrap
Dinner: 6 bites of rice with groundbeef and chicken
Accidentally snaked during the day on ten slices of red onion, a couple of sliced black olives, one small piece of chicken, two fried lentil balls, fruit salad, and one pierogie (burned off the pierogie by dancing)
Not so happy with today's results, hoping I do better tomorrow Sad
Also had three bottles of water and a mug of green tea with some honey

Unfortunately today wasnt much better. I got my period and couldnt control myself I ended up snacking on two pierogies, salad, a couple of mini samosas, and one mini brownie :-(
Atleast I upped my water intake to four bottles
Hoping that tomorrow my cravings will go away and I wont snack
I dropped 1.2 lb from yesterday but probably gained it back today
My exercise included.vacuuming and mopping my first floor and just dance

Today was a way better day Very Happy
No snacking at all except for five grapes. So happy considering I am always always always binging. Had five bites for lunch and six for dinner. Hoping to lower my bite sizes as I become more used to this amount of food. Didnt check the scale today but hoepfully tomorrow its gone down from the last time I weighed in

Today I went to a dinner party and went way over five bites :-(
Not sure what to do bc tomorrow is another one snd then a lunch party monday
Should I just eat all ten bites at the party??
Im thinking about doing a water fast after the last psrty

Whatever you do, dont give up. Even if you eat more than you have planned at that party, it doesn't matter. Just take it as a day off from the diet. You can do this!!!  bounce bounce bounce sunny sunny sunny
