a question about pickles?

Post  buffy2327 on Mon Jul 07, 2014 6:22 am

Can you eat them between bites ? since there zero calories and zero fat and Dr Lewis said you can drink as much as you like as long as it's zero calories so is that the same as fat free pickles in moderation?

Yes siladan that's what I'm thinking! and if we'd juice the veggies we'd be allowed to drink them because there fat free he said we are allowed to drink all the o calorie things we want

Just because they are fat-free, doesn't mean they are zero calories. And just a heads up; zero calorie foods do not exist.
Lets just keep it to 5 bites for lunch and 5 bites for dinner, shall we.  Smile
